The North Dorset visitors produced a flying start, opening the scoring after 3 mins when Swan's custodian Beeston failed to hold a cross which Gills Ryan Schouten fired home. There were very few clear cut chances produced as both side found the very windy conditions difficult to master. H.T.0-1.

Swans gradually took control of the second half and started to press for the equaliser with Best, Clark, Parrott and Atkinson going close, however it was the Gills who doubled their lead with a last minute goal from Alex Staffie to seal the 3 Dorset Premier League Points.
