Thanks Yerbs!!..............

Paul Yerby, Swanage’s long serving defender is hanging up his boots after 13 years unbroken service at Day’s Park.

Signed from Verwood Town in 2005 by then managers Derek Beale and the late Jimmy Hollywood Senior, Paul has gone onto have a stellar career as a Swan, picking up a Dorset Premier League Cup winners medal along the way too.

Comfortable anywhere along the back four, Paul was a mainstay of Swanage’s DPL side for well over ten years before playing and helping to run our reserve side in Dorset League One most recently.

Paul’s last appearance came yesterday in a 4-1 win for the reserves over Wool United where he capped his swansong with a goal.

All at Day’s Park would like to place on record their appreciation of Paul’s efforts over the years and we wish him well in the future.
