Following an even first 20 minutes John Grover opened the scoring with a sublime curling shot to put his side ahead. However a minute before half time the visitors equalised. H.T. 1-1.

Garan Bennett put the Swans ahead after 60 minutes, then Sam Willcocks increased the lead with a cool finish. It was left to skipper Paul Yerby playing his last game to pop up for number 4 to seal the points for The Swans and move them up 2 places for a 9th place finish.

This was Paul Yerby's last game, the 41 year old is hanging up the boots after 14 fantastic seasons with the Swans. The football club would like to thank Paul and wish him all the best for the future.
