Swanage Town & Herston FC are delighted to announce the appointment of Craig Adams as their 1st Team Manager with immediate effect. Craig, a former professional player at Northampton Town and a player for several non-league clubs including Kings Lynn & Rugby Town has a wealth of experience within football, having had managerial roles at Wellingborough Town FC, Bedford Town, Assistant Manager with Biggleswade Town & St Ives Town FC, along with a spell coaching within Peterborough United FC’s Academy.

Craig, a UEFA A Licence coach moved to Dorset recently and immediately brought success to Weymouth FC U23’s by leading them to the Hampshire Combination U23 Challenge Cup Final. With the ambitions of the Football Club to play in the Wessex League, Craig has agreed to help us try to reach our goals.

Manuel Laurijssen who has been an integral part in the Clubs recent development will remain as Craig’s Assistant.

Craig’s first game in charge will be at home this weekend in the DPL Cup vs Sherborne Reserves @ 3pm at Day's Park and we hope that there will be plenty of support to welcome him to the club.
