Good performance, poor result............

Blandford United Reserves 4 Swans Reserves 1

Swans started on the front foot and were easily matching the home side but were caught by a counter attack after 25 minutes which striker Paul Ford finished from close range. Manager Andy Dunster had to reshuffle his troops due to an injury to Jack Byron with substitute Ryan Stearn playing at left back and producing a good performance. The home side increased their lead on 35 minutes when Paul Ford completed his brace. The Swans showed great resilience and reduced the arrears through Sam Willcocks from an acute angle and just failed to convert a great chance just before the interval. H.T. 2-1.

Swans were pressing for the equaliser with Ryan Norman and the returning Jack Byron with a free kick both hitting the woodwork. Although the Reserves battled to the end Blandford's Paul Ford added 2 more goals to secure the points against the battling Swans side.
