Swans Reserves shared the points at Day's Park against Bournemouth Manor in Dorset League Division 2.

Swans produced a confident start and created chances against a side who have dominated the Bournemouth leagues in previous seasons. Swans took the lead with a great finish from Dan Cavendish following good work from Sam Peacock. The home side defended well with Roy Lock dominating the aerial battles and doubled their lead with a cool finish from Spencer Grygiel with a one-on-one with the keeper. It was the turn of the Swans keeper Kaiden Jacques to produce a great save to preserve the clean sheet. H.T. 2-0.

The Manor started the second half with all guns blazing and reduced the arrears. The visitors equalised when a free kick was saved by Jacques but the rebound was headed home which created a nervous finish for the Swans.

A great point for the Swans against a strong Bournemouth Manor side but manager Matt Light was a bit disappointed after leading at half time.
